HYPOXIA Theory
We believe that prevention is always more effective. Therefore, do not put out unnecessary fires, but prevent them. And it goes double for fire safety!
How does it work
By maintaining a reduced oxygen concentration of about 15% O₂ (in most cases), which is about 2,700 m.a.s.l. equivalent altitude, it prevents the occurrence of fire and yet this environment is still perfectly safe for human operators (confirmed by the State Institute of Health i UIAA Medical Commission).
With the help of HYPOXIA – Protection technology, we do not extinguish a fire that has already started, but permanently prevent it. That’s why our motto is: “It doesn’t burn, it doesn’t burn once and for all!”
Why it works
Fire always requires 3 main components: heat, fuel and oxygen. The HYPOXIA – Protection oxygen reduction system can permanently eliminate one of the 3 fire-starting factors = oxygen. This leads to preventive protection and prevention of fire in the protected area.

Elimination of oxygen
The elimination of oxygen as one of the factors in the occurrence of fire takes place by changing the composition of atmospheric gases in the protected space, which is carried out by the HYPOXIA – Protection technology by replacing (displacing) part of the oxygen in the protected room with the produced hypoxic air (or nitrogen).
Health and safety
The environment with a reduced oxygen content created by the HYPOXIA – Protection device is similar to the environment at higher altitudes in terms of effective oxygen utilization, but without a decrease in the partial pressure of gases. We call such an environment normobaric hypoxia.
According to the opinion of the State Health Institute of the Czech Republic, an environment with an oxygen concentration of 14.8% and above is completely safe and does not mean any risk for the work shift.
