Jaroslav Beranek, managing director of a company dealing with this issue, said:

“The fact that people generally sleep poorly is a bare fact. But better quality sleep is just one of the many benefits of this ‘hypoxic’ journey.”

One way to have this fully within reach is by installing a hypoxic system that creates a mild hypoxic environment in each bedroom, which in practice means room for deeper and better quality sleep, better recovery and an overall strengthening of the body.
