The HYPOXIA-Altitude® system is a complex of technological equipment that brings the conditions of higher altitude to specialized and public sports and fitness centers, as well as to accommodation facilities (bedrooms) or offices.
How does it work
The HYPOXIA-Altitude® system creates and then automatically maintains a reduced percentage of oxygen in an enclosed room or chamber according to user-set parameters in order to simulate a high-altitude environment in terms of oxygen utilization by the organism.

Benefits of hypoxic training
Training at simulated altitude has become very popular recently, mainly due to the benefits it brings. Staying in a hypoxic environment can improve physical performance, contribute to reducing fatigue, can prevent civilisation diseases such as overweight or cardiovascular diseases and also speed up metabolism.
Increase in physical performance
Increase in physical performance
Training at simulated altitude improves physical performance at sea level and at altitude by improving muscle function and increasing oxygen transport and uptake by the body.
- Improving aerobic and aerobic-anaerobic performance
- Increase VO2 Max
- Improved performance at higher intensities
Acclimatization
Acclimatization
By sleeping and exercising at progressively higher levels of normobaric hypoxia, mountaineers can pre-acclimatise and prepare for exposure to extreme altitudes before leaving for an expedition.
- Reducing symptoms of acute mountain sickness
- Money saved by minimising time spent acclimatising on site
- Increased likelihood of a successful summit attempt
- Improved strength and endurance
- Reduced fatigue
- Reduced recovery time after aerobic and anaerobic efforts
Health and wellness
Health and wellness
In an environment of simulated altitude, the body tries to adapt to the more difficult conditions associated with reduced oxygen concentration. This process produces a variety of adaptive changes that lead to:
- improved aerobic and aerobic-anaerobic performance
- an increase in aerobic capacity and VO2 MAX
- increase in fat metabolism and weight loss
- reduction in resting heart rate
- increase in mitochondrial production
- increase in mitochondrial production acclimatization to high-altitude expeditions and prevention of AHN
- reduction of blood pressure
- strengthening the cardiovascular system
- prevention of civilisation diseases (overweight, cardiovascular diseases)
Weight loss
Weight loss
Did you know that hypoxic conditions lead to faster burning?
The proof is in a 2013 study that found that Americans who live at sea level are 4 to 5 times more likely to be obese than those who live in high-altitude communities. The findings remained constant after controlling for other factors such as exercise level, socioeconomic status, and family history. For example, Colorado has been dubbed the “leanest state” in America and the only state with an obesity rate below 20%.
The statistics evaluated are no accident. It is the result of the increased energy expenditure required to adapt to the thin air environment.
Therefore: Higher energy expenditure = faster metabolism and more calories burned
Hypoxic training methods
One of the most effective and best methods. Take advantage of the benefits of simulated altitude. Train and strengthen your body in the office or in your sleep.
Yoga, treadmills, martial arts or circuit training – any physical activity performed at simulated altitude will greatly increase the effectiveness of your workout, significantly increase fat burning and push your limits to new highs.
This method is based on alternate breathing of hypoxic air for 3-5 minutes followed by a break in a normal environment for 2-3 minutes. The whole process is repeated 4 – 12 times depending on the adaptation of the organism.
Ideal for:
- faster recovery (injuries, after illness, etc.)
- complementary method to hypoxic training
- strengthening of the organism

Products
Mobile systems
Portable hypoxic systems consisting of a hypoxic generator, hypoxic tent and face mask can simulate altitudes up to 6,400 m.a.s.l. They are the ideal solution for anyone looking for an economical option for hypoxic training.
Kit contents:
- Hypoxic generator
- Universal breathing bags with hepafilter
- Face mask
- Tent
- Fingertip heart rate and oxygen saturation monitor
- Height adapter

Automatic systems
Choose any space and we’ll transform it into a high-altitude environment. The top-of-the-line Altitude series is suitable for automatic simulation of high-altitude environments in large rooms, sports centers, offices or hotels.
Altitude can simulate different altitudes in several different rooms at the same time. One system can create a hypoxic environment in bedrooms, training rooms or many offices.
Hypoxic rooms (also hypoxic chambers) can be:
1) freestanding
2) integrated into an existing wall or corner
Example of hypoxic rooms
Hypoxia Altitude application

Hypoxic training for sports teams or group classes from 1 to 100 people.
Office in the mountains or train and strengthen your body even at work!
Many hours spent at work, high stress, family and lack of time for regular physical activity. If this applies to you, we have a way for you to use the time spent in the office to strengthen your body, improve physical performance, reduce weight and prevent civilisation diseases.
Suitable for:
- Entrepreneurs
- Managers
- competitive and recreational athletes
- people with lack of exercise
- people with musculoskeletal problems
Turn an ordinary hotel into a high-altitude environment and offer your clients the benefits of a hypoxic atmosphere. Our HYPOXIA – Altitude systems can simulate altitude in the hotel fitness room and in selected rooms.

Contraindications
The HYPOXIA-Altitude® system is suitable for all healthy people, especially athletes, climbers, members of the security forces or people who care about their physical fitness and health.
Only healthy people who do not suffer from serious illnesses should be in a simulated alpine environment.
Staying in hypoxia is not recommended:
- cardiovascular and circulatory system diseases
- if you have a serious disease of the respiratory system or if you suffer from anaemia
- pregnant and breastfeeding women
